Miriam started working part-time in the beauty industry when she was only 14. Her manager commenced her training in make up and nails, she then started college where she attended the College of Commerce.

At 20 she worked in a friends salon in Springburn, for 5 years carrying out make up, nails, eyelashes. Miriam was one the first to implement semi permanent eyelashes.

She opened her first salon in Springburn which she ran for 5 years before moving to her larger premises Mir-image Beauty Salon.

Miriam and all her therapists are HND Qualified, all her trainees study for the HND qualification.

Miriam has been in the beauty industry for 15 years and had had a life long passion to learn the art of Semi permanent make-up. With her previous experience she understood how face changing amazing make-up can be especially a fabulous set of eyebrows. She took the plunge and trained with the best, Mrs Make-up the most recognised company in Scotland. She also specialises in correction work, helping those that have had bad experiences and is constantly updating her skills. eyebrows are her passion.
